Load cell SQB-A 3-10t
Load cell beam upon bend or shear is applied in systems of dosing, floor scales of average lifting capacity, tanks, and floor systems of weighing including electronic balance for weighing of animals.
Electronic scales are more often completed by resistive-strain sensors of weight (load cell). Subject to type of scales and conditions of operation for measuring of effort transmitted by receptacle platform to weight sensor the corresponding type of load cell is selected. There are some main types of load cells subject to type of resilient member and applicable effort of deformation. Consider load cell – beam upon shear.
Load cell – beam upon shear is the most widespread type of load cell and widely applied in construction of platform and hopper scales. Sensor is fixed on receptacle by bolted connection and is borne on floor by supporting foot regulated on height. Changing height of supporting foot it is possible to grade difference upon base level on which scales are installed.
