CLC Load Cell

KELI CLC load cell of column (rod) type is used for the production or modernization of truck, wagon scales, weigh batchers and other weighing devices in various industries and agriculture. Load cell body is made of alloyed steel with nickel plating using laser-welding technology, outer shell is made of stainless steel. The CLC load cells are fully dust and waterproof, they have a high degree of protection IP68.

Main advantages of the CLC model:

1. Load cell accuracy class is С4.5, i.e. maximum number of calibration intervals is 4500.
2. The load cell is certified in Ukraine and in Europe, i.e. this model is in the field of legal metrology and can be used as part of commercial weighing systems.
3. Protection against rotation through the “groove”, i.e. the load cell is installed in the appropriate grooves in the mounting units, which prevents the load cell from rotating around its axis.
4. Outer shell is made of stainless steel, i.e. the bridge circuit is under more reliable protection.
5. The factory module installation has a socket design, i.e. it provides a more accurate transmission of the force value.
6. Lowed center of gravity due to the conical shape, i.e. it ensures the best stability of the load cell.
7. The highest class of dust and moisture protection IP68, i.e. it ensures complete tightness when immersed under water for a long time.
8. Operating temperature range is -30 + 70 С and minimum zero temperature deviation and sensitivity is 0,01% F.S., i.e. outside the temperature compensation range the sensor operates with a minimum deviation.
9. Ratio of load to minimum verification interval of load cell is Y=15000, i.e. it characterizes the resolution of load cell regardless of the load cell load.
10. It increased input resistance (1150 Ohm) and output resistance (1005 Ohm), i.e. the load cells with high input and output resistance have more stable output signal and are able to transmit it over a long distance. The increased resistance reduces the risk of sensor failure in the event of power surges.
